London CVC, sponsored by Shell Ventures, are pleased to present an afternoon roundtable event on Wednesday 15th May at The Ned Hotel in London.
This workshop session will bring together senior stakeholders from leading CVCs across Europe to discuss the challenges, and opportunities, of post investment portfolio management and growth. This will be followed by drinks and networking at The Neds Nickle Bar.
The afternoon working session will commence with Pradeep Singh, EMEA Digital Innovation Lead at AWS, presenting their Working Backwards innovation methodology. This will be followed by interactive sessions on specific topics across portfolio management, including the following;
- Exploring the various models; Venture Builder, Accelerator, Incubator, Strategic/Financial CVC
- Navigating challenges in your executive leadership
- Best practices on delivering strategic value
- Internal vs External value creation offerings
- How to drive user adoption and track success
- Managing expectations: Portfolio and Parent organisation
Registration for this event is only open to corporate VCs, ideally those either directly involved in, or having managerial responsibility for, value creation and/or business development. We have a strict capacity and will limit as such.
